We are currently seeking a Technical Service Representative for the Flooring Target Market. The candidate should be located near a major airport and must be able and willing to travel nationally. This position is responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers, contractors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders by assisting with product recommendations, jobsite support, complaint investigations, technical training, field evaluations, and documentation related to Sika flooring systems. The position reports to the Technical Manager, Flooring. Key responsibilities include: • Provide technical support to customers, contractors, applicators, distributors, sales personnel, and internal teams regarding Sika flooring products, systems, applications, and installation practices. • Conduct jobsite visits to evaluate substrate conditions, review installation procedures, support mock-ups, assist with troubleshooting, and provide field recommendations in accordance with product data sheets and project requirements. • Assist with complaint investigations, field evaluations, and Quality Incident Reports by documenting conditions, collecting relevant information, communicating findings, and supporting timely resolution. • Apoyar las pruebas de productos, los programas de pruebas de campo y la introducción de nuevos productos en coordinación con Servicios Técnicos, Ventas, Gestión de Productos e I+D. • Proporcionar recomendaciones precisas de productos y orientación técnica basadas en las condiciones del proyecto, los requisitos de rendimiento, las especificaciones y los estándares industriales aplicables. • Prepare informes técnicos claros, resúmenes de visitas al sitio, documentación de quejas, información relacionada con la garantía y otra correspondencia técnica según sea necesario. • Ayudar en el desarrollo, revisión y mantenimiento de literatura técnica, materiales de capacitación, información de productos y contenido del sitio web para respaldar la precisión técnica. • Ofrecer o respaldar programas de capacitación técnica internos y externos, demostraciones de productos, sesiones de educación para contratistas y talleres prácticos de aplicaciones. • Mantener un sólido conocimiento de los sistemas de pisos Sika, productos competitivos, métodos de aplicación, tendencias de la industria y códigos, estándares y mejores prácticas relevantes. • Proporcionar soporte telefónico y por correo electrónico para abordar consultas técnicas de manera oportuna, profesional y centrada en el cliente. • Siga todas las medidas de seguridad, medio ambiente y seguridad de la empresa.
