Production Worker | Las Vegas, NV Nexeo Staffing is looking for dependable Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing and production team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking production, packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience. No previous production experience is required. Training will be provided. This position works at the end of a high-speed production line, packing finished materials into bins while maintaining accuracy and keeping pace with production. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive work, and able to remain on their feet throughout a 12-hour shift. Responsibilities • Work at the end of a high-speed production line. • Pack finished materials accurately into designated bins. • Keep pace with a high-volume production environment. • Perform repetitive production and packaging tasks throughout the shift. • Inspect materials for accuracy and quality. • Follow production instructions and established procedures. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Follow all workplace safety requirements. • Work cooperatively with production team members and supervisors. • Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality. Qualifications • No previous experience required; training is provided. • Comfortable working 12-hour shifts. • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in the same work area. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy. • Dependable and committed to maintaining good attendance. • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others. • Ability to follow instructions and production procedures. • Reliable transportation to the work location. • Must be flexible with scheduling and available to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed. • Days off may vary depending on production and project needs. Pay $16.00 per hour Schedule Full Time | Day Shift | 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full Time | Night Shift | 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM Weekend availability required, days off may vary based on production needs.
