This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings. The Commercial HVAC Technician will ensure that HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably, contributing to a comfortable and productive environment for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for: • Expertly clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. • Perform thorough diagnostic assessments and service work on HVAC systems to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues, restoring systems to peak functionality. • Provide professional HVAC solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging your expertise to recommend and implement improvements that enhance system performance and energy efficiency. • Effectively communicate with customers to address and resolve any issues or concerns related to HVAC systems, ensuring a positive service experience and high customer satisfaction. • Accurately complete all necessary documentation, including invoices, warranty forms, and time sheets for each service call, ensuring proper record-keeping and compliance with company procedures. • Maintain tools, parts, and the service vehicle in a clean, organized, and functional state, ensuring readiness for all service tasks and promoting operational efficiency. • Respond promptly and professionally to emergency repair requests, minimizing downtime and ensuring swift resolution of urgent issues. • Stay informed about the latest HVAC technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continually improve service delivery and maintain high standards of technical expertise. • Additional duties as assigned.
