## Join Our Kitchen Team at Ted's Montana Grill Ted's Montana Grill isn't your ordinary restaurant, so we aren't looking for ordinary people. While we're Premium, Polished and Professional, we're also Cool (known as 3 PC). We live by "The Big Sky Spirit" which is our moral compass and is evident in everything that we do. ### What You'll Do As a Line Cook or Prep Cook, you'll be part of our Heart-of - House team, preparing made-from-scratch food with showmanship and interacting with Guests in our display kitchens. Our scratch kitchen means no microwaves — just premium food cooked in small batches to ensure peak freshness. You'll work with our on-premises butcher shop, hand-carving and grinding daily for the freshest beef and bison. ### Pay and Benefits Starting pay is based on experience, ranging from **$16 to $18 per hour**.
