Positions Available: • Housekeeping Lead Compensation: The pay range for this position is $21-$23/hr. This range represents the minimum and maximum pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting. Additional Compensation: This position may also be eligible for: • Tips • Discretionary incentives Benefits: Hospitality Staffing Solutions offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage • Supplemental Life and Accident Insurance • Sick time in accordance with state law Requirements: • Must have the legal authorization to work in the United States • Must be bilingual Housekeeping Lead Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: Conduct pre-shift meetings, assign daily room or area tasks, and provide hands-on training for new or struggling employees. • Quality Assurance: Inspect rooms, hallways, and common areas. Ensure all work meets facility safety, hygiene, and brand standards. • Inventory Management: Track usage, prepare supply requisitions, and distribute cleaning products and linens to team members. • Hands-On Cleaning: Jump in to clean rooms, handle laundry, or operate heavy equipment (like buffers) when the team is shorthanded. • Cross-Departmental Communication: Coordinate with the front desk on guest arrival/departure status and communicate with maintenance for repair needs. • Guest & Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, special requests (e.g., extra towels), and ensure lost-and-found items are secured properly.
