Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – In-Home Care Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour, based on experience Job Type: Full-time, Part-time Location: Charlotte, NC Metro Area (cases including in Concord, Mooresville, & Gastonia) About Us Hemera Home Care LLC is a licensed home care agency in Charlotte, NC. We provide in-home personal care so clients can live safely and independently in their own homes. We’re a growing team, and we treat our CNAs as the skilled professionals they are. About the Role We’re hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one personal care to clients in their homes. You’ll follow an individualized care plan, often with the same clients over time, so you can build real relationships with the people you care for. Responsibilities • Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers and mobility • Prepare meals and help with eating as needed • Do light housekeeping related to the client’s care • Follow each client’s care plan and report changes in condition to the office promptly • Document visits accurately and clock in and out using our mobile app • Communicate professionally with clients, families and agency staff Requirements • Active CNA certification listed on the NC Nurse Aide I Registry • Current CPR/First Aid certification • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months • Ability to pass a criminal background check and Health Care Personnel Registry check • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance • A smartphone for scheduling and visit verification Preferred • 1+ year of CNA experience, ideally in home care • Experience with seniors, dementia care or clients with disabilities What We Offer • $15.00–$16.00/hour based on experience • $[100] referral bonus for every CNA you refer who’s hired • [Weekly/Biweekly] pay • [Mileage reimbursement between clients] • Consistent client assignments, close to home when possible • An office team that answers the phone and backs you up • Room to grow into higher-acuity cases and leadership roles as we expand Schedule [e.g., Weekday shifts available; weekend availability a plus.
