What Earns a Family’s Trust • Arriving on time, every visit, so your client never has to wonder if you are coming • Taking a genuine interest in your client’s stories, interests, and daily life • Following the care plan carefully and completing tasks the right way • Keeping the office and family informed when something changes • Carrying yourself professionally in every home What You Will Do • Provide companionship through conversation, activities, walks, and outings • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility • Prepare meals and help keep the home clean and organized • Run errands and accompany clients to appointments • Document each visit accurately and on time Your First 30 Days With Us • A clear orientation covering our standards, care plans, and how home care works • An introduction to your client before or during your first visit, so you never walk in cold • Regular check-ins from our office to answer questions and make sure the match is working • A schedule you can plan your life around Requirements • Active North Carolina CNA certification or PCA • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Consistent weekly availability (this role is not PRN) • Ability to work independently and follow instructions promptly What We Offer • Pay: $16–$18 per hour • Full-time and part-time openings with steady client assignments • Compatibility-based matching • A responsive office team that supports you • Growth opportunities as our agency expands Ready to Apply?
