Utility/Dishwasher

As a Utility/Dishwasher with SSP in our Food & Beverage Operations, you ensure a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen that supports excellent guest service. You'll operate dish machines, wash pots and pans, organize and restock wares, and maintain sanitation standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Working within a collaborative, safety-focused culture, you play a key role in supporting daily operations and overall guest satisfaction in our Hospitality & Travel locations. Responsibilities • Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, and cookware • Manually wash pots, pans, and large kitchen items as needed • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room and kitchen areas • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times • Handle trash, recycling, and breakdown of boxes safely • Restock clean wares to service stations and kitchen lines • Assist kitchen and front-of-house staff with basic cleaning tasks • Use cleaning chemicals safely per company and safety guidelines Required Skills • Dishwashing machine operation • Manual pot and pan washing • Chemical handling and dilution • Sanitation and hygiene standards • Restaurant cleaning procedures • Basic food safety • Trash and recycling handling • Inventory and restocking of dish supplies • Safe lifting and material handling • Time management in fast-paced environment
