Responsibilities • Receive, unload, and load shipments using material handling equipment such as RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques • Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure products are correctly labeled and stored according to store standards • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory management processes • Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying deliveries and preparing items for sale or distribution • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse area, including routine cleaning and equipment maintenance • Assist customers on the sales floor by providing product knowledge, merchandising assistance, and excellent customer service • Operate warehouse equipment safely following proper lifting practices and organizational procedures to prevent injuries Qualifications • Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred • Familiarity with inventory control systems and basic math skills for stock counting and data entry • Ability to operate material handling equipment such as RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools • Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse customer needs • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and organizational skills • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently throughout shifts • Knowledge of retail product merchandising, packaging, shipping & receiving procedures is advantageous • A proactive attitude with excellent customer service skills to enhance the shopping experience Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse operations and retail service!
