Senior Project Manager - Commercial Drywall & Interiors

JLM HR Consulting LLC to lead the search for a Senior Project Manager - Commercial Drywall & Interiors on behalf of a construction industry client. In this role, you'll manage large, complex commercial construction projects throughout the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore metropolitan region. Lead Landmark Projects. Build Your Legacy. Become an Employee-Owner. • Location: Crofton, Maryland (Serving the Washington, D.C. & Baltimore Region) • Salary: $130,000–$165,000 + Performance Bonus + ESOP Responsibilities include: • Lead multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously • Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution strategies • Review contracts, estimates, and project scope • Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and productivity • Manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, billings, and project closeout • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, and project stakeholders • Partner with estimators, field leadership, and executive management to ensure seamless project execution • Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and support staff • Promote Tricon's commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence Qualified candidates will have: • 10+ years of commercial drywall construction experience • Demonstrated success managing multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout • Strong financial, contractual, and operational management skills • Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and profitability • Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities • Ability to mentor and develop project teams Preferred qualifications include: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, QuickBid, On-Screen Takeoff, and Microsoft Office • OSHA 30 certification • BIM and/or LEED experience About Our Client - Tricon Construction Founded in 1992, Tricon Construction has become one of the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore region's leading specialty contractors, delivering commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and insulation systems for some of the area's most respected general contractors.
