We manufacture hyper-pure polysilicon, high-quality solar wafers, and innovative photovoltaic modules, leveraging our leadership in advanced manufacturing to serve growing energy demand. You will be a part of advancing critical U.S. supply chains and delivering unmatched quality and reliability to customers. We are seeking a detail oriented and efficient Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team in a solar manufacturing company. The Receiving Clerk will be responsible for the accurate and timely receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials, supplies and equipment essential for our manufacturing processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the smooth operation of our supply chain and production activities. Key Responsibilities: • Material Receipt and Inspection: • Receive incoming shipments of materials and supplies. • Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage and compliance with purchase orders. • Document discrepancies or damaged items and communicate with suppliers and internal departments. Inventory Management: • Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored in designated areas. • Maintain accurate records of received goods in inventory management systems. • Assist in cycle counting and inventory audits. Documentation and Record Keeping: • Verify and process shipping documents such as packing slips, bills of lading, and invoices. • Update and maintain receiving logs and databases. • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, shortages, and delivery issues. Coordination and Communication: • Collaborate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials. • Coordinate with shipping and logistics providers as needed. • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding received goods and materials. Compliance and Safety: • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Adhere to quality standards to support solar manufacturing production goals. Qualifications: • High School diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus. • Experiencia comprobada en funciones de recepción, envío o control de inventario, preferiblemente en un entorno de fabricación. • Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión de inventario y habilidades informáticas avanzadas (por ejemplo, Microsoft Office, software ERP). • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo. • Atención al detalle y precisión en el ingreso de datos y mantenimiento de registros. • Capacidad física para levantar y mover materiales (de 25 a 50 libras) y experiencia en el manejo de equipos de almacén. Habilidades preferidas: • Conocimiento de los procesos y materiales de fabricación solar. • Certificación de montacargas o experiencia en la operación de equipos de manipulación de materiales. • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. El salario inicial para el solicitante seleccionado depende de una variedad de factores relacionados con el trabajo, que incluyen, entre otros, la ubicación geográfica, las demandas del mercado, la experiencia, la capacitación y la educación.
