About the Job Townhouse; 3 floors. ~ 2, 000sqft. 1st Floor- Bedroom w/ bathroom. 2nd Floor- Living room, Kitchen, 1/2 Bathroom, and Balcony. 3rd Floor- Baby’s bedroom w/bathroom, Laundry room, and Primary bedroom w/ bathroom. Weekly General Cleaning * Dust/wipe all surfaces, furniture, décor & baseboards * Vacuum carpets/rugs; sweep & mop hard floors * Clean kitchen counters, sink, stovetop & exterior appliances * Clean/disinfect bathrooms, toilets, tubs/showers, mirrors & fixtures * Empty trash & replace liners * Wipe doors, handles, light switches & high-touch areas * Tidy/organize common areas and bedrooms * Change bed linens & towels Biweekly Deep Cleaning * Everything included in weekly cleaning, plus: * Deep-clean showers, grout, tubs & bathroom fixtures * Clean inside microwave and refrigerator as needed * Wipe cabinet fronts, doors & detailed trim * Dust ceiling fans, vents, blinds & light fixtures * Clean under/behind accessible furniture & appliances * Vacuum upholstery, edges, corners & stairs * Spot-clean walls, doors & full baseboards/ corners * Clean windows/glass surfaces as needed * Declutter and organize designated areas as requested Ideal Traits & Qualifications: * Extremely clean, organized, and detail-oriented * Dependable, punctual, and consistent * Trustworthy and respectful of privacy * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Efficient with excellent time-management skills * Takes pride in high-quality work * Professional, positive, and discreet * Prior professional housekeeping experience preferred * Ability to follow specific cleaning preferences and instructions * References required Gate code needed.
