About the position ACE Brooklyn, Le le's Roman is seeking a Prep Cook to join our team in NY. The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting the kitchen team in food preparation. Responsibilities • Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning as directed • Assist with food preparation as needed • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow proper food safety procedures • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation Requirements • Proven experience as a Prep Cook or similar role • Knowledge of food safety guidelines • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail • Team player with good communication skills
