Line Cook / Sole Chef Wanted for Brunch Restaurant

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated full-time sole chef to join our brunch restaurant in Miami. You should be: ● Fast and efficient ● Highly organized ● Clean and committed to proper hygiene ● Reliable and responsible ● Able to stay focused and organized during busy service ● Comfortable working independently Your Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the entire kitchen operation. You will prepare everything in the morning, complete all mise en place, cook during service, and keep your workspace clean and organized. After service, you will also be responsible for thoroughly cleaning the kitchen and equipment and preparing everything for the following day. We are looking for someone who works quickly, efficiently, cleanly, and reliably and is comfortable managing the kitchen completely independently. Position: Full-Time Availability: Weekends required Schedule: Daytime hours only, no evening shifts Location: Miami, Florida Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Work Location: In person
