Line Cook – New Italian Restaurant at Magens Bay We are hiring experienced full-time Line Cooks for an exciting new Italian restaurant located in a beautiful resort setting at Magens Bay, St. Thomas. Pay: $16–$23 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Relocation Assistance: Two months of housing allowance provided for qualified relocating candidates Responsibilities • Prepare and cook Italian dishes according to recipes and presentation standards • Set up and maintain a clean, organized workstation • Ensure consistent food quality, portioning, and ticket times • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures • Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and closing duties • Work closely with chefs and other kitchen team members during service Qualifications • Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred • Italian cuisine experience is a plus • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds • Valid food handler or health card, or ability to obtain one Join the opening team of a brand-new Italian concept in one of St. Thomas’s most beautiful locations.
