Summary We are seeking a Head Custodian to join our team at Flagship Facility Services LLC. In this role, you will oversee custodial operations, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Your leadership will play a vital role in supporting our mission of delivering outstanding service to our clients. Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily custodial activities to ensure cleanliness across all facilities. • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards. • Train and mentor custodial staff on best practices in cleaning and safety procedures. • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or improvement. • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff. • Collaborate with facility managers to address specific cleaning needs or requests. Requirements • Proven experience in custodial or facilities maintenance roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity. • Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Good communication skills for interacting with staff and clients. • Ability to train and motivate a team towards achieving high standards of cleanliness.
