Agent Resistant Coating) • Maximum efficiency using assigned resources in the daily manufacturing process • Oversee painting operation from cleaning and prep thru baking to ensure accurate documentation and record keeping • Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management, and customers • Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly Knowledge, Skills, abilities – • 10 yrs industrial or military painting and/or powder coat experience • CARC (Chem. Agent Resistant Coating) experience preferred • Skill to create and follow schedules • Ability to lead painters, powder coaters, leads, inspectors, and helpers • Ability to stand for long periods of time and carry loads of 40+ lbs. necessary Mechanical mixer, time, paint gun, Zahn cup, volume containers, ratio measurements, calculator, Quality, NADCAP, AMS, SAE, Military, Prints, Drawings, ISO, AS9100, Aerospace, Medical, Semiconductor, HVLP, Blast, Chemfilm, Iron Phosphate, Zinc Rich Primer, Epoxy, Polyurethane, Texture, Gloss, Adhesion, Thickness, CARC, MIL-DTL-53072, Computer, Travelers, Sherwin Williams, Azko Nobel, PPG.
