Role Description The Flooring Sales & Inventory Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL. This role manages the end-to-end process of flooring product sales and inventory, including assisting customers with product selection, preparing quotes, and processing orders. Daily responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, coordinating physical inventory counts, and overseeing shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials. The coordinator maintains inventory records, reconciles discrepancies, and works closely with suppliers, installers, and clients to support smooth project execution. The role also involves organizing the warehouse or storage area, updating systems or spreadsheets, and providing clear communication on order status and product availability. Qualifications • Bilingual.English and Spanish. • Ability to maintain high standards of Inventory Accuracy, including precise data entry and reconciliation of stock records. • Experience with Physical Inventory activities such as cycle counts, full counts, and verification of incoming and outgoing materials. • Knowledge of Shipping & Receiving processes, including inspection of deliveries, preparation of shipments, and coordination with carriers. • Skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management, including tracking usage, managing reorder points, and reducing stock variances. • Prior experience in flooring, building materials, or related retail/wholesale environments is beneficial. • Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to explain product options and support clients through the purchasing process. • Basic proficiency with spreadsheets or inventory software and comfort working with numbers and product measurements. • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work on-site in Miami, FL, including occasional lifting and handling of flooring materials as needed.
