If you have a love for cooking and a commitment to food safety, we want to hear from you Responsibilities - Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage and handling. - Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools. - Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients. - Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all meals are prepared in a safe environment. - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. - Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting shortages. - Adhere to health and safety regulations within the kitchen at all times. Experience - Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn. - Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is beneficial. - Understanding of food safety practices and proper handling techniques is essential. - Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods will be advantageous. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
