Evening Commercial Cleaner, School Campus

K.O. Commercial Cleaning is hiring evening cleaners for a school campus in Commerce City. We have served the Denver metro since 2017 with more than 150 active clients, and we are adding this campus to our route. This is a steady, part time evening job with a set schedule. You will work alongside one other person, three evenings a week, starting after students are dismissed for the day. The building is empty while you work. WHAT YOU WILL DO Empty and reline trash throughout the building Clean and disinfect restrooms Wipe and sanitize classroom desks, tables, and chairs Vacuum classrooms and offices Run a spray and vac floor machine on hard floors, we will train you on it Dust and spot clean offices and the front desk area Lock up and set the alarm at the end of the shift WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Reliable. Showing up on schedule matters more here than experience Able to be on your feet for a 5 hour shift and go up and down stairs Comfortable working with one coworker and without a supervisor on site Must pass a fingerprint based criminal background check through the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, required for anyone working on a school campus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Cleaning experience is a plus but not required. We train WHAT WE OFFER $20.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience, paid as a W-2 employee, not 1099 A consistent schedule you can plan your week around All supplies, chemicals, and equipment provided. You bring nothing No weekends Opportunity to move into a Site Lead role, which pays at the top of the range ABOUT THE SITE LEAD ROLE We are hiring one Site Lead and one Cleaner for this campus.
