Customer Service Representative & Shipping/Receiving Clerk – Corrugated Industry

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team in the corrugated packaging industry. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include: • Assist customers with orders, pricing, and product information • Process purchase orders and sales orders accurately • Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules • Coordinate with production, shipping, and accounting departments • Maintain organized customer records and documentation • Provide professional and timely customer service Qualifications: • Previous customer service or office experience preferred • Experience in the corrugated, packaging, or manufacturing industry is a plus • Strong communication and organizational skills • Basic computer and data-entry skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Shipping & Receiving Clerk Responsibilities include: • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments • Prepare and verify shipping and receiving paperwork • Confirm quantities and products before shipment • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records • Communicate with drivers, customers, production, and office personnel • Assist with scheduling pickups and deliveries • Ensure orders are properly prepared and documented Qualifications: • Shipping and receiving experience preferred • Corrugated, packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Basic computer and paperwork skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, organized, and ready to become part of a growing team.
