Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Painting Contractor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead painting projects on commercial properties, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your expertise will help transform spaces while adhering to industry best practices and safety regulations, making a lasting impact on our clients’ properties. Duties • Lead and execute commercial painting projects, including surface preparation, coating application, and finishing touches • Prepare surfaces through sanding, caulking, plastering, priming and other methods to ensure optimal paint adhesion • Operate various tools such as paint sprayers, brushes, rollers, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively • Maintain safety protocols by using respiratory protection and adhering to all safety regulations on construction sites • Manage project timelines and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines efficiently • Conduct quality inspections to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and color accuracy Skills • Proficiency in residential, commercial, industrial, and renovation painting techniques including surface preparation and spray painting • Skilled in using ladders, scaffolding, lift equipment, power tools, hand tools and paint application equipment • Familiarity with safety regulations related to construction painting environments and respiratory protection measures • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for project execution Join us as a Commercial Painting Contractor to bring vibrant transformations to commercial spaces while working in a safe environment that values your expertise.
