Job Overview We are seeking caring and dependable Caregivers available for all shifts—including daytime, mid-shift, evenings, overnights, and weekends—to provide exceptional support to our clients. This role involves assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and fostering a comfortable environment for individuals with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and a strong commitment to quality care. Responsibilities • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. • Monitor and record vital signs, medication administration, and health status updates using electronic medical record (EMR) systems. • Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being. • Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a clean living environment. • Utilize specialized techniques such as Hoyer lifts for safe patient transfers when necessary. • Manage behavioral challenges with patience and effective behavior management strategies. • Drive clients to appointments or errands when required, ensuring safe transportation practices. Qualifications • One Year experience in senior care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care environments. • Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, memory care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities, • Familiarity with medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and long-term care procedures. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Experience operating EMR systems and caregiving tools such as Hoyer lift is advantageous. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred for client outings or errands.
