Using sophisticated climbing and rigging techniques; works off the ground in tree canopy to cut away dead or excess branches from trees or shrubs to maintain right-of-way for roads, sidewalks, utilities, or to improve appearance, health, and value of trees; prune or treat trees or shrubs using handsaws, hand pruners, clippers, and power pruners; may operate tree care equipment and vehicles utilized to support daily tree service and landscaping equipment to provide site maintenance such as mow, plant, water and fertilize.
