Bakery Team Member Join the Ali's Cookies Emory team! We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Bakery Team Member to help with all aspects of our bakery operations. This is a hands-on position that includes baking cookies, preparing dough, scooping cookies, decorating cookie cakes, assisting customers, fulfilling online orders, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, and is willing to learn all aspects of running a successful bakery. Responsibilities include: • Baking fresh cookies throughout the day • Preparing dough and scooping cookies • Creating and decorating cookie cakes • Assisting customers and providing outstanding customer service • Answering phone calls and assisting with special orders • Fulfilling DoorDash, Uber Eats, and ChowNow orders • Operating the register and processing transactions • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas • Organizing inventory and maintaining store cleanliness • Assisting with opening and closing duties • Working as part of a team to ensure a positive customer experience Qualifications: • Friendly, positive attitude • Reliable and punctual • Strong customer service skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds • Bakery, food service, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys baking, working with people, and being part of a supportive team environment.
